When I founded Survey Ready Solutions, the mission was clear: regulatory stability should never be left to chance.
After more than fifteen years of clinical leadership — from bedside care to Vice President of Quality — I recognized a consistent pattern across organizations. Facilities were not failing because they lacked effort. They were struggling because their compliance structures were fragmented, reactive, or unsupported at the executive level.
Survey readiness is not about preparing for an event. It is about building systems that function under pressure, withstand scrutiny, and protect residents every day.
Throughout my career, I have been called into organizations during their most vulnerable moments — Immediate Jeopardy exposure, Special Focus designation, acquisition transitions, leadership turnover, and high-risk survey cycles. In each case, the solution was not a temporary fix. It was operational control. Survey Ready Solutions was built to provide that control.
