I am a seasoned Clinical Care and Nursing Management Professional with more than a decade of progressive leadership across long-term care, sub-acute rehabilitation, hospital collaboration, and regional clinical operations. I currently serve as the Vice President of Quality at Complete Care Management, lead Survey Ready Solutions, and work as a Collaborating Hospital Strategist for Hackensack’s New Jersey hospital systems, focusing on improving quality care, integrating specialty services, reducing hospitalizations, and strengthening clinical collaboration aligned with state and federal initiatives.

Throughout my career, I’ve become known as the person organizations call when the stakes are high, whether that means stabilizing a Special Focus Facility, rescuing a troubled quality program, or aligning hospital and post-acute partners to reduce risk and improve outcomes. My leadership blends deep regulatory knowledge with practical, floor-tested solutions that elevate staff, protect residents, and improve organizational performance.

I also specialize in policy development and regulatory documentation, including writing and implementing full COVID-19 outbreak management plans, developing QSO-driven operational protocols, and creating facility-wide clinical policies that align with federal and state mandates. My work includes building the foundational clinical structures for high-performing long-term care organization needs, clear workflows, standardized procedures, compliant documentation systems, and sustainable processes that hold up under surveyor scrutiny and real-world operations.
