I am a seasoned Clinical Care and Nursing Management Professional with more than a decade of progressive leadership across long-term care, sub-acute rehabilitation, hospital collaboration, and regional clinical operations. I currently serve as the Vice President of Quality at Complete Care Management, lead Survey Ready Solutions, and work as a Collaborating Hospital Strategist for Hackensack’s New Jersey hospital systems, focusing on improving quality care, integrating specialty services, reducing hospitalizations, and strengthening clinical collaboration aligned with state and federal initiatives.
